This Privacy Policy explains how Kingdom Coffee Houses, a California corporation (“Kingdom Coffee Houses,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and our coffee brand Fourth Man Roasters collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our websites, shop with us, or join our text messaging program. By providing your information or opting in to our text messages, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide, such as your name and mobile phone number.
• Purchase and transaction information when you buy from us, including your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Online orders are processed through our Shopify store and its payment processor; in-store purchases go through our point-of-sale system. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Information you submit through our wholesale inquiry form, such as your organization name, your name, email, phone number, city, and message. These are delivered to us by email through a form service called Web3Forms.
• Records of your communications and consent, including your SMS opt-in.
• Basic website usage information (such as pages visited), collected automatically.

How we use your information

• Send you the text messages you have opted in to receive, including promotional offers, new releases, and updates about Fourth Man Roasters.
• Process your orders and provide customer service.
• Operate, maintain, and improve our products and websites.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

Our text messaging (SMS) program

Opting in. You can join our SMS program by entering your mobile phone number through our point-of-sale system at the time of purchase. Providing your number is optional and is never a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@kingdomcoffeehouses.com.

No sale or sharing of mobile information. Your mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in and consent — will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers. We may share your information, including your SMS opt-in and consent status, only with trusted service providers who help us operate our messaging program (such as our SMS messaging platform). These providers may use the information solely to provide services to us and are prohibited from using it for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

How we share information

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose: Shopify and our payment processor (to sell, charge for, and ship your coffee), Web3Forms (to deliver your form messages to our inbox), and our SMS messaging platform. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
• As stated above, we never share your mobile opt-in or consent data with third parties for their own marketing.

Data retention & security

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can opt out of our texts at any time by replying STOP, and you may contact us to ask about the information we hold about you. We will honor applicable requests as required by law.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across other companies’ websites. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, our site does not currently respond to them.

California residents

If you live in California, you may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy or correction, or to ask us to delete it. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
